Failure is our Greatest Teacher

You might be thinking ….. “what the…?”  Failure is our greatest teacher.  In fact, there are some very successful CEOs’ the entrepreneurs that have failed many times over before they became successful.  It might even be bold to say that if you are not failing, then you are not trying hard enough.

Success comes to those who preserver through difficult times both personal and professional.  Also, success comes to people on many levels.  take for instance someone who is completely happy with stalking shelves at a dept store and there are those who want to cure autism and cancer.  We all have an image of what we think we are capable of.  When we reach that “image” we feel complete on some level.  But when we dare to seek success “out of the box” is when we grow as a spiritual & human being.   Most people will back off right away to find the comfort we are used to.  But I can tell you this….  when you decided to follow your dreams, doors will open for you.  it may not seem so at first, but that’s when faith comes in !   I remember the verse in the bible “He replied, “Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”      Talk about GREAT words of wisdom!   We are all capable of success.  It just depends on the image you are holding of yourself.

God never intended you to be struggling or just barely making ends meet.  God wants you to put your faith in HIM and let go.  Even if you are not religious, I do hope that you believe that you are part of something much bigger.  No matter what your belief, you need to find out what you have inside and let it out!  Write down some of your dreams and goals, and plant that mustard seed, water it, take care of it and watch it grow.

I wish you and yours my very best!

  1. Religion and faith can live separately. I love this! I wrote on faith a while ago and called it the “F-word” because it brings up my old Baptist preacher memories (and I do start to twitch involuntarily when that image crops up.) However, it takes faith to push yourself beyond your comfort zone, take the leap and allow yourself to really, REALLY live your life. I am living proof that FAITH in myself, God/universe/higher power and the kindness others will take you beyond your wildest imagination, and bring you exactly what you need, when you need it. Thank you for sharing this.
